Disclaimer/Terms and Conditions:

By booking a service with Grace Simkins MUA you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Allergies and Skin Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform me of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies to specific ingredients, latex, or makeup products. While I take precautions to use high-quality, hypoallergenic products, I cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur. Grace Simkins MUA is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations that may occur during or after your service.

2. Consent for Services: By proceeding with your booking, you consent to the application of makeup and acknowledge that you understand the products being used.

3. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the event of any issues arising from the application of makeup.

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients should follow any pre-appointment instructions provided to minimise the risk of adverse reactions.

5. Cancellation and Deposit: 


   5a. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to your final bill. If you cancel your appointment, this deposit will not be refunded 


   5b. Cancellation due to Illness: While it is very unlikely that I will be unable to fulfil your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, if such a situation does arise, I will notify you as soon as possible. In these rare cases, I will either arrange for another qualified professional to complete your service or provide a full refund. 




6. Photography Release: By booking, you grant permission for to use before-and-after photos for marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise. 

7. Emergency Procedures: In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction or emergency during the appointment, I will take appropriate action to ensure your safety and well-being, including contacting emergency services if necessary.

8. Changes to Terms: I may update these terms and conditions. Clients will be informed of any significant changes via email or through direct communication.
